Sarah has a special interest in hard to solve cases – If you have tried a lot of therapies with no relief, it’s worth a session with Sarah.              


Sarah holds multiple qualifications: Bachelor of Health Science – Clinical Myotherapy, Diploma – Clinical Pilates, Certificate IV – Pilates, Certificate IV – Fitness & Allied Health and the McKenzie Method certificates for the back and neck.

“This year I am also doing my Post Graduate study in Nutrition and am doing another McKenzie Method course for the lower body. I love learning new things!”

Sarah enjoys cases that no one else has been able to crack, she is able to collaborate her various training and years of experience to think outside the square. Expect Sarah to use a combination of movement therapy, dry needling and some hands on treatment. Sarah has a special interest in TMJ (jaw pain) and nerve related pain such as carpal tunnel, thoracic outlet syndrome, sciatica and Morton’s neuroma.
