We may use a variety of tools to help alleviate your pain and restriction. These may include dry needling, pain & injury massage, cupping, mobilisation and movement therapy to reduce pain and restriction of the body. Some of us are also trained in the McKenzie technique which is a unique movement based therapy to assist with joint related pain of the neck and back including sciatica.

To assist us with our assessment and treatment please wear loose fitting clothes in case we need to do some assessment that involves stretching. We have a change area if you are coming straight from work or something formal. It’s also a good idea to eat something light within 2 hours of your appointment time to ensure your blood sugar levels are stable. Dry needling can sometimes effect those who haven’t eaten and we want you to get the best results!
