Our team of Clinical Myotherapists all have extra training both in house and formally to quickly restore movement and reduce pain followed by a focus on prevention for long lasting results. Understanding your pain and learning simple ways of relieving your pain yourself is a big part of this.
Skye Meredith
Skye enjoys helping with lower limb issues, tendon related pain and anything sports related. Skye is a remedial massage therapist who is currently undergoing her degree in Clinical Myotherapy. She loves the challenge of a good ultra marathon!

Sarah loves helping everyone from athletic kids, young mums and retirees to help them feel great and continue to enjoy spending time with family, run around after kids and grandkids and continue sport or activities they love.
