The following Terms & Conditions are relevant to any customers signing up for one of our Best-Rate Memberships or one of our Month-to-Month Memberships.

  1. The following terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. 
    1. A copy of the new terms and conditions will be forwarded to your nominated email account.
  2. For Best-Rate memberships, the duration of your contract with us will be 12 months (26 fortnightly payments) from the date of your first direct debit.
    1. You may choose the Month-to-Month option for an additional fee:
      1. $2.00 per week for Classes Memberships
      2. $1.00 per week for Myotherapy Memberships
  3. You will be automatically resigned up for the next period unless notice is given.
    1. Notice to stop your membership must be sent via email to memberships@myothrive.com.au no later than 2 weeks before your membership would be renewed.
  4. If you late cancel or no show for a class or appointment, that session will be forfeited.
  5. For circumstances such as prolonged illness, injury or travel you can choose from the following options: 
    1. Have the direct debit amount from the period of absence credited to your MyoThrive account for use on services, products and workshops.
    2. Have your membership paused. This option will extend your membership by the length of time paused. Please note this option will likely result in a small administration fee. We will update this when we find out the cost associated with this feature.
  6. For unforeseen circumstances that result in a need to cancel your membership early, an exit fee will be payable:
    1. For Best-Rate Members the fee will be $159.00
    2. For Month-Month Members you will have to give notice as per clause 3.1 of this document and serve out the remained of your contracted period with us.
  7. Preferred team members may not always be available for classes or appointments, no compensation will be granted for such an occasion.
  8. Terms & Conditions relevant To Classes Memberships
    1. You may make up any missed classes where appropriate notice has been received.
      1. Best rate customers can make up the missed class any time within the 12 month period.
      2. Month-month customers can make up the missed class within the month.
    2. In the case where a public holiday will result in closure of the studio, a different class time during that week will be offered. If you cannot make the scheduled make up class, you will need to give notice and make up the class in accordance with clause 8.1 of this document.
  9. Terms & Conditions relevant to Myotherapy Memberships
    1. It is your responsibility to claim any rebates from your private health insurance company.
    2. If you would like to use HICAPs services on the day of your appointment it can be credited to your MyoThrive account for extra services, products or workshops.
  10. Prices are guaranteed for the duration of your contract with us.
    1. For Best-Rate members this means a 12 month guarantee.
    2. For Month-to-Month members this means a 1 month guarantee.
  11. Please note other terms and conditions relating to the direct debit company may apply which are not mentioned here. These will be available to you when filling out the membership application.
  12. Any fees associated with an invalid payment will be your sole responsibility. Any fees owing to MyoThrive from a recurrence of failed payments will be seen as an outstanding debt.
  13. MyoThrive Triber discounts can not be used in conjunction with any other promo or offer.
  14. MyoThrive Triber benefits may change from time to time.
