Coming from a Remedial Massage background has taught Alana the importance of incorporating hands on treatment for maximal healing. If you want someone with years of experience finding all the right points, then Alana is for you!

In a treatment with Alana you will likely receive a range of manual therapy techniques as well as movement, strength and education to improve function, reduce pain and prevent injury. It is this approach that Alana believes will assist you in living a healthier and happier lifestyle.
